ANCOM 2009 REGISTRATION

Follow the steps below:

  1. Download the Registration Form here
    For Registration Form using Email submission - MS Word Format, File Size 48kb
    For Registration Form using Fax/Mail submission - MS Word format, File Size 114kb

  2. Fill up the form and email it to online@ancom2009.com or you can fax it to this number (088) 8572954 together with the copy of the validated deposit slip as proof of your payment. ONLY REGISTRATION WITH ACCOMPANYING DEPOSIT SLIP WILL BE PROCESSED, PLEASE SEND IT AT THE SAME TIME.

  3. You may also send it by mail to this address:

  4. Send your payment at the following depository bank:

  5. Please don't forget to indicate your mobile number or email address in the Registration Form so we can send you the confirmation of your registration.

Early Registration until September 30, 2008
(with Free Ancom 2009 T-Shirt)

Advance Registration until December 31, 2008
(without Free Ancom 2009 T-Shirt)
Php 2,000.00
Late Registration from Jan. 1 to March 31, 2009
Php 2,500.00
On-Site Registration from April 1 to Ancom Day
Php 3,000.00

Note: After you have finished your transaction you will received a confirmation from the Ancom Secretariat that your registration and payment was properly received.
