MECHANICS:

1. Each Lodge shall be given 200 tickets worth P300.00 per ticket amounting to Php 60,000.00 for the whole block. (1 block = 200 tickets). The Master of the Lodge and/or the Secretary shall be in charge of keeping track of ticket selling and distribution. The Worshipful Masters or Lodge secretaries are requested to immediately confirm the receipts of the raffle tickets through any of the ways and means so indicated in the no.3 hereof.
   
   
2. To qualify for the raffle, the Lodge shall  only remit to the ANCOM2009 account (C.A. RCBC- 0- 501-15120-3) the following amounts with corresponding deadlines:
1. Php 20,000 only – on or before December 31, 2008, or
2. Php 25,000 only – on January 1, 2008 to April 2, 2009.

The remaining equivalent amount (tickets) (Php 40,000.00 or Php 35,000.00) will be for the fund raising projects of the Lodge.

3. Once remitted, the Lodge shall immediately inform the ANCOM Raffle Committee through email address – ancom2009cdoc@yahoo.com or call at ANCOM2009 business office (088) 857-2954 or text at cell phone No. 0922-775-2926 for the details of the deposit made. The ANCOM Raffle Committee as soon as it receives your remittance will correspondingly issue an acknowledgement receipt through email or registered mail or text messages confirming that the block is qualified for the raffle. The Lodge shall also immediately inform the Committee if no acknowledgement receipt is received after one week from the date the Committee had been informed of the remittance.
   
   
4. The Lodge does not have to return sold raffle stubs, but should be kept by the Lodge or individuals for record purposes and for claiming prizes in the event of a winning number.
   
   
5. For raffle winners, only blocks of tickets with remitted proceeds shall be qualified and honoured to receive raffle prizes. A ticket number can win only once. Succeeding prizes shall be automatically null and void in the event that a number is drawn more than once.
   
   
6. Winning ticket number should be claimed by the person, accompanied with the raffle stub and proper identification. No proxy will be allowed in the claiming of prizes.
   
   
7. Deadline to remit the amount of assessment to qualify for the raffle will be on or before December 31, 2008 for the Php 20,000.00, and or on January 1, 2009 to April 2, 2009 for the Php 25,000.00. All qualified tickets will be circulated through ANCOM2009 website (www.ancom2009.com) and will be posted at the ANCOM venue prior to the raffle.
   
   
8. The ANCOM 2009 organizers shall not be liable for sold tickets with no remitted payment made to the said committee account. No acknowledgement receipt means no payment received.
   
   
9. A lodge shall be eligible to order an additional block or blocks of raffle tickets under the same mechanics in number 2 hereof provided that the initial block of 200 tickets shall first be paid; and provided further, that the additional block/blocks ordered shall be considered SOLD.
   
   
10. The ANCOM2009 Raffle Committee shall distribute the raffle tickets not individual masons or other entities but only masonic lodges.
